A Copy of the Certificate of Risiart Ddu's Ordination:—

We, the undersigned, Ministers of the Gospel of Christ, in the Branches of the Evangelical Protestant Church, do hereby certify and attest, that on the 16th day of May, A.D. 1869, in the Congregational Church, South Bend, Minnesota, we, in the capacity of a Council of Evangelical Ministers, solemnly set apart and ordained to the office of the Christian Ministry (as an evangelist, or sine titulo), the Rev. R. F. Edwards, recently from Wales, and a licentiate or probationer for the Ministry under the care of the Congregational Conference of Denbighshire, in North Wales; and we hereby, from our personal acquaintance with him, and our knowledge of his antecedents, his reputation and standing in the aforesaid branch of the Church of Christ in his native country, cordially recommend him to the notice and fellowship of the Evangelical Churches and Ministers of Christ in this country, and also to any Ecclesiastical Judicatory, Conference of Churches, or Ministerial Association, with which Divine Providence may render it, at any time, expedient for him to unite, as a person en- dowed with all the gifts and Christian virtues,—
