Vested sands of Traethmawr in Counties of Carnarvon & Meirioneth in W. A. Madock from 1 Aug. 1807.
Sands extended from Pont Aberglaslyn to Point of Gest it also provided "that so much of the tract of sands from the point of Gest to Pont Aberglaslyn as shall be protected from the influx of the sea by the said W. A. Madock his heirs & assign's shall be granted to him in fel simple,[1] this grant did not include Marsh lands adjoining the Sands & which had hitherto been occupied or enjoyed as pasturage.
Benjamin Wyatt of Lime Grove Bangor was appointed Commissioner to determine boundries.
Two roads were to be made
(1) From Llidiart Ysbytty to Ynys Hir
(2) Prenteg to Ynysfawr = both public roads to be repaired by W. A. Madock
The Embankment to be begin within 10 yrs & finished within 20 yrs.
